Time To Declutter

Everything we do has a flow of energy that can be either positive or negative. Often we may experience a peaceful feeling when our energy is aligned or if our energy is blocked we will feel frustrated and stressed.

It is important we get rid of things in our life that no longer serve us. For example, go through your home or office and declutter anything that is no longer needed. The space you live and work in should be a sanctuary for your soul so you can think clearly. When we have clutter, we get overwhelmed and can't think clearly.

Go through the filing cabinets, your cupboards, closets and drawers. Even go through your emails and clean up what you no longer need. Give away items you longer use. You can sell them or if you need to hang on some of the things, store them. Remember, someone else could always benefit from them.

All relationships will lift you up or bring you down. Surround yourself with people that are positive instead of those that have toxic energy and negative thinking. Take more time to be conscious of your own thoughts and make an effort to be happy and enjoy life.

To attract prosperity, it is important to respect it. Go through your purse and clean it up. Throw away the old receipts and tidy up your wallet by organizing your money with love. This helps open the channels for prosperity.

Clean out your fridge and storage cupboards and get rid of the items that are old and no longer healthy for your body. Remove the products that you crave and are not healthy for you such as those sweet and salty snacks. It is so important to take care of your body, so you have vibrant health. Instead purchase healthy snacks and increase your water intake.

Clear space in and around you. By doing this you will raise your vibration to being healthy, more abundant and have a natural flow of positive energy.
