I have had many clients that have seen other therapists who have primarily focused on their past. This is NOT how I work. My philosophy is all about moving forward… When you come to see me, I actually give you homework, yes… and within a few weeks you will start to see the progress you are making and how your life is unfolding in ways you never imagined. My goal is to make you independent and not dependent on me or anyone else. I believe we all have the tools within us, sometimes we just need a helping hand for a short time to get us back on track. Once on track you are good to go!

In order to move you from Point A to Point B in life, I will do my best to support and motivate you by understanding and achieving your vision about whatever it is you want in your life. We will work together on getting what you want, first by being crystal clear on your goal, and discovering what is holding you back on achieving your vision. Then we will take the steps and actions needed to accomplish whatever goal it is you wish to achieve and maintain it.

My goal is to help you to continue to move forward and be happy in all areas of your life. I will teach you how to prevent blocks or obstacles from hindering you in the future. As a life coach my goal is to help you accomplish your goals, make changes, and for you to live the dreams you deserve. Past Life Regression

Past Life Regression Therapy is a technique used to explore your past lives, in an effort to benefit your current life.

A medical history or problem will not necessarily benefit from regression therapy since it helps with fears, phobias, relationship issues, stress, depression and many other areas.

What is the purpose of Past Life Therapy?

Past Life Therapy involves personal, emotional, and spiritual growth for oneself. It can help with fears, phobias and other physical and emotional challenges in the current life. Some of the lessons that we may bring back with us are forgiveness, love, generosity, patience, social skills and emotional intelligence. This helps us to grow as humans and spiritual beings and to improve our current lives as we lose many of our fears and become wiser.


What if I don’t believe in past lives?

It is not a prerequisite to believe in past lives. During the session the subconscious mind can take you to the cause of the problem, and it happens to be in another place and time, in a different body. Everyone experiences it as very real and relevant to their issues or struggles in the present life. What matters are the lessons, wisdom and healing that is gained through the session.


Do we relive the experience and feel everything that is happening?

It is common that you see, hear and feel everything that is happening, almost like a dream. However, everyone is different and some may experience it in a visual way. Others will not see it clearly but may feel or hear what is happening. It is also possible that you observe the experience as if you are watching a movie in your mind.


Is it safe?

Yes, it is very safe and is gentle when done with a Past Life Therapist. Past Life Therapy is done through hypnosis, where you are in control at all times. As your facilitator, I will always make sure that you detach from any pain or uncomfortable feelings if this were to happen.
